Either the Coach or the Participant can request pulse feedback using the Request One-time Feedback feature. For example, if the behavior the Participant is measuring is to “Create an open dialogue during meetings”, the Participant may choose to kick-off the pulse feedback immediately after a team meeting.

Alternatively, you might have the Coach use the "Automate Pulse Feedback" feature to schedule the pulse feedback process on 30 day incremements over the course of an engagement/project.

You could also utilize the pulse feedback process during a workshop. For example, participants are grouped in 3-person groups (Triads) and rotate between multiple stations or simulations during a workshop. The Participant would add other Triad members as Supporters during the workshop and then kick-off pulse feedback after each station or simulation. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have behavior change measurement from multiple pulse feedback rounds to report back to your client.
