Supporters are people who will provide ongoing pulse feedback to the Participant about the progress of their behaviors in their action plan. We generally recommend 5 Supporters – people who observe the Participant in action and are willing to spend a few minutes each month to provide feedback and help the leader improve her effectiveness.
To add a Supporter, first encourage Participants to speak with their Supporters verbally, asking them to participate as a Supporter throughout their coaching and/or leadership development experience. Either the Coach or the Participant can add a Supporter. From the Participant’s main page, scroll down to Supporters and click “+”.
Add the Supporter’s email and click “Add Supporter”.
Your Supporters will receive the following email once they are added to the system.
